Highly recommend starting with this, we only need to re-activate the 3rd party service for $49 $29 USD per month that syncs listings with CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association). Take advantage of the weeks of work that went into getting this working and looking great in this website. This is an inexpensive solution that provides new listings in the website giving excellent results because only we are listed as the contact on all listings, visitors can search and find what they are looking for in our website matching our branding, property listings show all images and details as synced with CREA, and this setup vastly improves our ranking in search results without the added costs of hosting and managing a fully integrated system.
